My Dell Inspiron 5300 (2019) was working, except when it was plugged in, it kept switching from battery to plugged in mode and eventually the battery died and I couldn't get it to recharge. I replaced the battery and now the laptop won't turn on. I've tried powering on the laptop with just the new battery, with just the power cord and with both the power cord and battery - nothing, the laptop won't power on. Suggestions?
