I do have the manual for the [document|41261]but to make sure that the contacts and IC's to check are at least close to the same as on your board, we will have to see it.

@zacklore thank you for those images. Looks like the boards are identical to the one in the manual. Nothing obviously damaged from what I can see so go ahead and follow the No Power flowchart. Let us know what you find out.
