Following the video tutorial the process for removal and replace is straightforward. 20-25 minutes to complete job.
Mon conseil
Small screws like to take flight during removal if your not careful. A large sheet of white paper as your work surface will help locate small parts if they stray. Also used a large kitchen magnet to secure screws once they had been removed. Be patient when opening the phone cover. Use the pry tool to gently work any small gap you can create when pulling with the suction tool.
