My Gear 2 watch broke on its own. It lost two screws that connected the clasp with the band, and after hours of dealing with Samsung representatives, and the sprint store, no one could affectively help me. The Samsung company refused to honor their warranty as they claimed that it was my fault the watch broke.... Not a great way to treat their customers.
I found IFIXIT and the replacement product I needed for such a great price that I thought it was too good to be true. The company shipped me my new band in a short time for an incredible price that was a fraction of Samsung's price.
I think people are often wary of sites that are just stumbled upon browsing the internet, but often these sites have better and inexpensive products with helpful customer service that makes life a lot easier.
