Mon problème
Of course, I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus just days after I got it and before I had a good protective case. It cracked on the left side, bottom corner, in the "dead space" next to the home button. One crack went from that corner to the top center. After a few days, it started to spider-web out into more cracks.
Ma solution
It was quite straightforward, given the excellent guides on the website. I was able to follow all of the steps easily. Only took about 45 minutes to complete the process.
Mon conseil
Heat. I used a microwavable herb wrap as a heat source for for the tougher, glued parts. (looking at you LCD shield plate)
Also, keeping the tiny screws grouped together with the parts they apply to.
