Mon problème
My system was booting so very slowly that it would take almost 10 minutes from starting to being able to do anything at all.
Ma solution
The repair went without a hitch. I got the tools together, cloned my drive, and swapped the new for the old. Other than waiting for the drive to clone I'd say I got everything changed out in about 15-20 minutes at most.
Mon conseil
Just make sure that you have everything nearby. Also maybe a small bowl or cup to put the screws in while you remove them so they can't roll away while you are working.
