I broke the Wi-Fi Antenna, too!

Mon problème

I broke screen into about as many pieces as one can, so I ordered the replacement IPad 2 screen and proceeded to watch repair for the 2415.

Ma solution

It took a day too remove all the smashed screen. It was then noted, the antenna was torn loose. The project went from difficult to very difficult. I ordered the antenna a nd continued. The IPad 2 I have is the 2416 variant. This used an ATT direct tie-in and has an additional unit attached to the logic board on the left. Made the removal of the antenna wire (Step 37) very difficult. There are two antenna type wires attached to the ATT part, made reassembly almost impossible.

Mon conseil

Need more information on the ATT part. Unfortunately, mine is reassembled. It connected to the WIFI and now knocking itself off. If I have to go back in I'll take pictures.
