Took iPhone and new $32.89 (with shipping) IFIXIT battery to TechBar at noon today. Easy parking at front door in South Miami; Jamal took phone and battery and estimated 15 minutes to replace. I retreated to nearby French restaurant, Pastis, while the repair underway and ordered Caesar salad (with anchovies). Yummy lunch. The iPhone was ready when I returned to TechBar. Jamal charged me less than originally quoted and I departed. Good lunch, good battery, happy me.

Sometimes it's nice to avoid the aggravation and enjoy the lunch.
