My Screen was completely shattered.
Ma solution
It was helpful to have all the tools from the full kit, however I ended up using a scalpel for most of the screen removal since it was so badly damaged. The instructions were mostly helpful, I took a long time to get all the shattered glass off.
Mon conseil
Everything works fine, it would have been nice if the kit included the little foam that was around the edge of the LCD because it sounds like this always gets partially ruined during screen removal.
