Fixing the Keyboard

Mon problème

There were problems with the keyboard. Some keys such as 5,t,g, and b were unresponsive. After trying various methods to attempt to fix the problem, buying a new keyboard seemed to be the only solution.

Ma solution

The repair went much better than expected. The keyboard and tools arrived very quickly after placing the order. The guide was fantastic. The pictures were accurate and the instructions were clear. Everything went as planned, and it only took about an hour. The tools were a necessity. The spudger holds much more use than perceived. Overall, the process was painless. With the right tools, the whole thing went smoothly, and the guide was a tremendous help.

Mon conseil

When organizing the screws after removing them, it was extremely helpful to separate the screws by which step they were removed in. Organizing them by shape/size would cause many problems during the reconstruction of the laptop.
