Installing a second drive in a mac mini 2012 6.2
Ma solution
Following the ifixit pictogram manual, it went just smooth :-) The tool kit has what is needed.
I changed into a 7200rpm 750GB WD disk and Samsung SSD. 500GB
And compared to the original 4500rpm, 1GB disk - it a totaly new computer fast faster and lightning :-)
Mon conseil
It went well, however i had some confusion about this "fusion drive" The mini take 2 drives and want to merge them. It's NOT possible to use the disk utility to make 2 drives as usual. - So i caved in and are running fusion, but it works well.
