Locate the glove box near the front passenger seat in the vehicle.

Open the glove box using the designated handle and remove any stored items.

Look at the top left and right of the glovebox. Here, you will see tabs attached to both sides.
Using both hands, push each side of the glove box inward, making the tabs unfasten from their designated clips. The glove box will now fold down.

Pinch the safety clip on the right side of the filter and pull the cover off.

Pull the cabin air filter out of the compartment and set it to the side.

Place a new air filter inside the cabin air filter compartment right side up.
Refer to cabin air filter packaging.
Replace the cabin air filter cover. Ensure that the cover is slid on correctly and that the safety clip is secured on the right before moving on.

Grab both sides of the glove box near the top just as you did in step 3.
Push the tabs inward and push the glove box back into place.
Ensure the tabs are secured in their designated clips before closing the glove box.
You will hear a "click" sound when the tabs are in place.
