Introduction

These are Bose On-Ear headphones that I had previously repaired for some other issues. This time the left ear cushion got tore off. Replacement cushions were bought online for less that $10 USD and since it is a Bose, I figured I could spend that money. The replacement is straight forward and does not require any tools etc.

  • Position the cushion so that the orientation aligns the two holes with the two pins on the headphones

  • Place the new ear cushion on the headphones ensuring the holes and pins are lined up

  • A simple squeeze on the ear cushion will snap the plastic to the headphones.
