In this guide, we will be showing you how to remove and replace the Memory Module.

Étape 1 Removing the Battery

Slide and click the battery release latches to keep them open.
Slide the battery out of the bay.

Étape 2 Removing the Hinge Cover

Insert a plastic scribe into the indent to lift the hinge cover on the right side.
Ease the hinge cover up, moving from right to left, and remove it.

Étape 3 Removing the Keyboard

Remove the four screws at the top of the keyboard.
NOTICE: The keycaps on the keyboard are fragile, easily dislodged, and timeconsuming to replace. Be careful when removing and handling the keyboard.
Slide the keyboard toward the back of the computer to disengage the notch on the keyboard from the tab on the base of the computer.
Lift and remove the keyboard.

NOTICE: To prevent damage to the memory module connector, do not use tools to spread the memory-module securing clips.
Use your fingertips to carefully spread apart the securing clips on each end of the memory module connector until the module pops up.
Remove the memory module from the connector.
