Introduction

This guide serves to provide the user with information on how to disassemble the Motorola Q700 Sidekick.

  1. When looking at the front of the phone, use the Plastic Opening Tool to pry off the four buttons located in each of the corners on the front.

  6. Using the appropriate size Phillips screwdriver, remove any screws that are attached or associated with the keypad and carefully remove keypad from the device.

  7. On the back of the device, you will see individual green and yellow technical pieces. Remove those two pieces from the phone with your fingers and set aside.
