    • Place the sock over your hand like a glove.

    • You will be using this hand to pull off the heated basket.

    • Heat the worn/broken basket with a blow dryer to melt the existing adhesive.

    • Heat for no longer then three minutes.

    • Use your protected hand to pull firmly on the basket until it comes off of the pole once it is heated.

    • Heat an all purpose glue stick with a lighter.

    • Spread a very thin layer of the melted glue on the basket end of the pole, then press on the new basket.

    • Press the new basket immediately after applying the melted glue in order to obtain maximum adhesion.

    • Reheat the replaced basket with a hair dryer for a minute.

    • After heating, allow the glue to cool and set for 10 minutes.
