Introduction
There are two possible causes of your TV's inability to connect to the internet: one is a problem with your internet connection, and the other is a problem with your modem or TV.
Your internet connection would be the first cause; if the TV can't reliably maintain it for a long enough period of time, it might assume the connection isn't strong enough and refuse to connect.
The second possibility is that your modem prevents your TV from connecting to your Wi-Fi network or that your TV believes the connection is incorrectly configured.
These problems had simple solutions, which I will discuss below, that addressed one or both of these reasons and should, in most cases, resolve them.

There are many reasons behind a TV not connecting to internet, these are a few solutions to that problem: First thing to check is you wifi router, check if your other devices are connected. Your TV must very close to your wifi router. Wi-Fi routers operating on the traditional 2.4 GHz band reach up to 150 feet (46 m) indoors and 300 feet (92 m) outdoors.
Next thing to check is date, time and region. You have to adjust date, time and your location. If none helps, connect an ethernet cable directly to your TV, a wired connection is more stable and reliable than wifi, Good luck!
