How to Manually Reset the Touch Screen (Hard Reset)

Introduction

If the touch screen still does not respond as expected after following the guide for a soft reset of the display, the operator should provide an alternate source of ventilation to the patient before performing the hard reset steps in this guide. Before performing the following steps, make sure to safely transfer the patient to another ventilation system.
Power the device off and back on using the power switch on the front of the device.

If appropriate, the patient can be transferred back to the device.
If the patient is going to be transferred back to the ventilator, first press the “Same Patient” button on the display.
Press the “Start” button to resume the patient profile.
