First we need to take off the face plate.

Use a paper clip or a long pick tool to manually open DVD Drive.

Use tweezers to take a rubber belt of 2 pulleys in between the hole in the DVD Tray.

Use a damp paper towel to thoroughly clean the rubber belt.

Use the tweezers to put the rubber belt back on the 2 pulleys we took them off of.
I have found it is easier to start with the big pulley first then once around the big pulley get the belt around the small pulley.

Close the DVD Drive and put the face plate back on.
Plug the system in and test to see if the drive works.
