This will only work with the Samsung Android on the phone, not with an alternative OS.

Hello! I got weird error for *#0*#. I entered it and i got message like: " Plase Open Book Cover." Not "Please..." either. Can you help me? I would really appreciate your help and work. Thank you.

You upgrade to Android 7 and the *#0*# goes bye bye. Don't know why, but it does.

I am having the same issue “plase open book cover “ And my phone is already updated to Android 7. Further my sim jacket broke down and I opened the phone and later the hands free didn't work as well as *#0*# shows the plase open book cover. What should I do now?

I was concerned about the accuracy of the touchscreen on my Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 with Android 7.0 . I did both of these tests and both confirmed that the screen was very accurate indeed. Many other tests are also available to test just about every sensor, input and output on the phone. I am very pleased with these findings. Many thanks to the people who brought this to light!
