Introduction

Dear Customer, 


Please follow these instructions:


Ce dont vous avez besoin

    • You need Micro SD card 16GB or less (USB will not work).

    Modifier

    • Format Micro SD Card with FAT file system if it isn’t already. Warning: formatting will delete all files on the card.

    • Plug in the Micro SD card in the Jadoo Box and disconnect the Power cable of the Jadoo Box as well. Warning: this will delete all data on the box.

    • Now keep pressing the needle for 20-30 sec and then release it.

    Modifier

    • Please wait for 2-3 minutes Jadoo Box will automatically start the recovery.

    Modifier

    • Now wait for the recovery process to complete (it will take ~7 to 10 minutes). In case of any issue please let us know.
