Turn the device over, so that the base is on top.

Compress the tab by pushing towards the center of the device with a spudger.

While compressing the tab, peel the base away from the rotating head.

If the metal brackets come off of the sphere, put them back on the plastic piece as shown in the photo.

Push the color panel by applying pressure from the inside while twisting to line up the tabs with the notches.

Insert a new color panel by pushing it into place while lining up the tabs with the notches.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
