great guide! how can I repair a VarioUltra 20? are the procedures similar? the device has a problem at point 4 of the sixth cell, the point moves unsteadily, should I replace this whole cell or is it possible to just repair point 4, which is defective?
which professional will likely be able to repair a braille display? should I look for an electrical engineer or other professional?
