Introduction
These instructions are used to replace the springs of the pot closure. Why is it necessary? If the pot of the SILVERCREST Monsieur Cuisine Connect no longer clicks into place in the main unit, the springs on the catch are probably broken.
This becomes noticeable when the pot can either no longer be completely retracted, or the device does not work despite the lid being closed.

Place the pot on the work surface with the opening facing down

Open and remove the screw cap

Remove the cover by first pulling on the top edge.

Then turn the cover to the right or left out of the fixation

Place the cover with the open side up in front of you

Remove the first spring with a suitable tool

Remove the Phillips head screw

Remove the second spring with a pair of needle nose pliers.

Insert a new matching spring.

Most springs are too long. Shorten them using a pair of pliers.

Attach the other end of the spring to the movable part of the locking mechanism

Entweder bestellst du sie online oder du versuchst es in einem Fachhandel. Der Ersteller dieser Anleitung gibt die Längen der Federn mit 5 mm und mit 25 mm an. Wenn du nur längere findest, kannst du sie theoretisch auch selbst kürzen.
