The new technology implented in these newer models of Shark vacuums make it hard for the consumer to replace the Brushroll like the previous models. The manufactures replace it for you. The brush roller and placement of it is filthy with dog hair and dirt needs to be scraped out. There must be a way to remove it to clean without having to send it to the manufacturer
