TCA Sidestick Flash and re-install the firmware

Introduction

Guide on how to re-install the firmware, if it became corrupted and the joystick is not powering on or not being recognized.

This Guide is for PC version of the Sidestick!

    • Download and install the drivers from here.

    • Both the Sidestick and the Quadrant are using the same driver.

    Modifier

    • Press on the Windows button and type "Firmware Update" into the search.

    • Unplug your TCA Sidestick from USB

  5. TCA Sidestick Flash and re-install the firmware, Press and hold the indicated buttons.: étape 4, image 1 de 1

    • Press and hold the buttons highlighted on the image.

  6. TCA Sidestick Flash and re-install the firmware, Connect to USB While holding the buttons: étape 5, image 1 de 1

    • Keep holding the buttons and connect it to USB port of your computer.

    • Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the buttons.

    • Your Sidestick should show up in Firmware Updater.

    • Press OK on the Firmware Updater and wait for update to complete
