Lever up the battery cover by using a small screwdriver or similar device.
Do not attempt to open the side of the keyfob that contains the key ring. The "front" of the fob is the removable portion.

Using the same lever device used to remove the cover, lever out the battery where indicated.
Remove the battery
Replace the battery with your replacement CR2032 in the same manner as it was removed.
