FW007600US) will sometimes have problems with the wheels wearing out over time, and it may need to be replaced by removing the wheel cover plate and removing the existing wheels. Place a finger on the lever located on the brush roller cover.
Firmly push the lever with a finger to remove the brush roller cover.

Remove four 10.6 mm screws from the plastic cover with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Remove the first plastic cover.

Remove twelve 10.6 mm screws from the second plastic cover with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Remove the second plastic cover.
