	[* red] Using a Magnetic Philips screwdriver, unscrew all 15 screws by turning the screwdriver counterclockwise until the screw is loose.
-	[* black] Once the screw is loose, you can lift up the magnetized screwdriver and the screw will come with it.

	[* black] Set the screws aside.
