| + | [* black] Each battery section of the compartment has a coil part(circled in red) on one end, and a flat part(circled in blue) on the opposite end. These ends alternate between each section. To easily pop out a battery, use your thumb to push the battery from the flat(blue) side down toward the coil(red) and pull the battery outward. |
| + | [* black] Repeat for all inserted batteries. Continue to the next step only after all the batteries have been removed, and you have an empty compartment. |
