	[* black] Carefully lift the back cover from the camera.
-	[* icon_caution] Do NOT ~~yank~~ the back cover from the camera. ~~The LCD screen~~ is ~~attached to the motherboard by~~ a data transfer ribbon.
+	[* icon_caution] Do NOT completely remove the back cover from the camera yet. There is a data transfer ribbon connecting the LCD screen to the motherboard.
	[* black] Using your finger, gently release the safety latch that holds the ribbon in place.
-	[* black] Slide ~~out~~ the ribbon from its socket and completely remove the back cover from the camera.
+	[* black] Slide the ribbon out from its socket and it is now safe to completely remove the back cover from the camera.
