	[* black] Adjust the low end adjustment stop.
	[* black] The adjustment screw that corresponds to the smallest gear(high gear)is labeled H.
	[* black] Tightening the screw will push the derailleur inwards and loosening it will push the derailleur outwards.
-	[* black] use the adjustment screw to align the guide sprocket on the derailleur with the ~~small~~ gear on the cassette.
