Use a soldering iron to separate each of the connections between the circuit board and LED display. Once all of the connections are removed, pull away the broken LED display from the circuit board.

Remove unnecessary solder from the old connections so that each connection is separate. Leave a small amount of solder on the board to help make new connections.
