How to remove a stuck battery

  • If you're still having trouble removing the battery, apply a few drops of high concentration (over 90%) isopropyl alcohol under the edge of the battery in the area of the broken adhesive strip(s).

  • Wait about one minute for the alcohol solution to weaken the adhesive.

  • Use an opening pick or the flat end of a spudger to gently lift the battery.

  • Don't try to forcefully lever the battery out. If needed, apply a few more drops of alcohol to further weaken the adhesive. Never deform or puncture the battery with your pry tool.

Si vous avez encore du mal à retirer la batterie, appliquez quelques gouttes d'alcool isopropylique à haute concentration (plus de 90 %) sous le bord de la batterie, là où la ou les bandes adhésives se sont déchirées.

Attendez environ une minute que la solution alcoolisée ramollisse l'adhésif.

Prenez un médiator ou l'extrémité plate d'une spatule pour soulever délicatement la batterie.

N'essayez pas de forcer pour retirer la batterie. Si nécessaire, appliquez quelques gouttes supplémentaires d'alcool pour continuer à faire ramollir l'adhésif. Veillez à ni déformer ni percer la batterie avec votre outil.
