  • The screen remains.

  • Compare your new replacement part to the original part. You may need to transfer remaining components (such as the two rubber grommets at the bottom of the screen) before installing.

  • The Touch ID function will ONLY work with your phone's original home button assembly, so you'll need to transfer the home button assembly from your old screen to your new screen to retain Touch ID.

  • Your replacement part may come with an extra Phillips screw already installed left of the Home Button. Remove the unnecessary screw so that you can reinstall the home button bracket.

  • After reassembly, clean the touchscreen surface with an alcohol wipe prior to turning the iPhone back on. The alcohol helps dissipate any lingering static electricity, which can cause problems with the display.

  • After reassembly, connect the iPhone to an AC power source before turning it on for the first time. Once the iPhone has booted up successfully, you can disconnect the AC power.

Comparez la nouvelle pièce avec l'originale. Il peut vous rester quelques éléments à transférer (comme les deux dispositifs en caoutchouc en bas de l'écran) avant de la monter.

La fonction Touch ID marche SEULEMENT avec le bouton home d'origine de votre téléphone. Pour garder la fonction Touch ID, vous devez transférer l'ensemble bouton home de votre ancien écran à votre nouvel écran.

Votre pièce de remplacement peut inclure une vis cruciforme supplémentaire déjà installée à gauche du bouton home. Retirez cette vis superflue pour pouvoir réinstaller le support du bouton home.

Après le remontage, nettoyez la vitre tactile avec une lingette à l'alcool avant de rallumer l'iPhone. L'alcool permet de disperser toute électricité statique restante qui pourrait causer des problèmes avec l'affichage.

Après le remontage, connectez votre iPhone à une prise avant de l'allumer. Quand l'iPhone est complètement démarré vous pouvez le débrancher.
