  • Remove the RAM.

  • Carefully undo the clips on either side of the top RAM.

  • Remove the chip by pulling it out of its slot.

  • Repeat until you have removed the chip that you want to replace.

  • This laptop has only two slots for RAM, and both are filled. Plan accordingly if your goal is to increase RAM.
