I have followed all of the instructions unlock my phone, get into settings>General>Accessibility>voiceover, doing the tap>double tap, but still the voiceover will not turn off. When I double tap on it turn off, it slides to off, and then slides straight back to on again. Please help, my daughter needs her phone for safety reasons.
