Réponse à : « The clip on my PRAM battery broke »I used an epoxy solder made by MG Chemicals. It is silver solder and it sets hard in 15 min at 90 degrees. I was able to attach wires to the logic board and run to the new battery holder which I have mounted on the rear. Will post youtube video today or tomorrow showing how it went. The solder works well, requires no heat if you let it set for 12 hrs at room temp. It does cost $36.00 on Amazon. My original solution with a paperclip fell to the bottom of the CPU and I have never found it. This does work.
Réponse à : « The clip on my PRAM battery broke »I was able to use a paperclip bending it to match the pressure point on the 2032 battery. I bent one end so it was about 3/16 in and pushed it into the space where part of the old clip was. It seems to work.
