My name is Julia and I'm an aspiring biomedical engineer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Here at iFixit, I'm on the education team working alongside some of the most passionate and enthusiastic people that I've ever met. We work with students to create awesome guides that will empower consumers to fix their own stuff; yeah, it's a pretty cool gig.
A little about me, I was born in South Korea and adopted by two loving parents in Seattle. I love thunderstorms and curling up with a good book (or more recently, my kindle) next to a fireplace. I also love gadgets and finding more ways to complicate my life with them.
In my spare time, you can find me fixing printers and riding my baby blue Vespa scooter (Betsy) to Trader Joes. You really can't beat 85 miles to the gallon and stress free parking.
