Réponse à : « Grey screen on LCD but works on external monitor »Checked the inside of my mac again after reading some posts and it seems like it's a broken LVDS cable (looks like it broke off some pins when I tried to wiggle it back in). Maybe this helps anyone with the same problem.
Réponse à : « Grey screen on LCD but works on external monitor »Hey, sorry to dig this up, but exactly the same issue here. I took my MacBook Pro 15", 2011 apart to replace the keyboard (so most of it went out and back in). I tried to stick closely to the ifixit manual (and one website) to dis- and reassemble the MBP. Everything seems to work, as does the external Monitor, but the internal one stays grey. Can you suggest a next step? I tried all the steps on the official Apple site for a problem like this (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204325). Please help!
