I was trying to copy all my info from my iPhone 4s to my laptop via iTunes in anticipation of getting a new phone. I loaded the newest version of iTunes onto my laptop. When I tried to download, iTunes kept telling me it needed to update my phone but would eventually tell me the update couldn't be done so I had to return my phone to factory settings. I uploaded all important info to my iCloud. Still received the error and now my iPhone only shows the iTunes icon with an a picture of the power cable. When I turn off my laptop my phone goes black.
I am also experiencing problems texting with my iPad which was fine this morning.
Any ideas?!?!
