My profession is Electrical Engineering with minor in German. I am a senior at Eastern Washington University finishing up my last term. This profile is for a group project in a technical communications course. Having had worked with a computer repair company for the past 7 years and have done business to business as well as walk-in customers. My contribution to my group will be the assembly and disassembly of the tech as well as assisting in descriptive steps for users viewing our guide.
