Réponse à : « Heatsink glued to CPU fans? »No I figured it out, the fans heat pipes are attached to the top metal casing of the fan, and I just had to unscrew the metal casing from the top of the fan to free it. Doing so I also found out that it wasn’t the fan that was the problem, but that it was a ton of dust and other crap build up inside the heat sink fins blocking airflow.

After doing that, restart your computer and try downloading something. "bcdedit /set useplatformclock false"
