Réponse à : « Phone is charged but home screen will not appear. »This issue may be fixed if the Galaxy S4 Internal Button Switch is cleaned or replaced. If debris is causing it to be stuck, then it may be that using a can of compressed air would fix the issue. If it appears that it is stuck due to a hardware issue, this switch may need to be replaced.
Réponse à : « Have lines on my screen »Some additional info will be needed to look into this: (1) What year is the MacBook Pro 15”? (2) Was there any identifiable instance that may have caused these lines? (drop damage, etc.) (3) Have you tried reseating the LVDS Cable?

Réponse à : « Blue light blinking after replacing battery! »Some troubleshooting thoughts: (1) Let the phone charge for at least 30 minutes to see if this fixes the issue. (2) Follow the iFixit guide to make sure the battery connector is fully secured: Remplacement de la batterie du Samsung Galaxy S6 (3) Clean the charging port with compressed air to see if any debris is keeping the phone from charging. (4) Try a different charging cable. (5) Try a different wall outlet (or USB port). You could try a factory reset to see if this fixes the issue. However, a factory reset would completely wipe everything you have on the phone, which is typically not desired. Further troubleshooting may be dependent on the original reason for the battery replacement (water damage, not holding a charge, swollen). Since both batteries are not starting up the phone, it may be that a) there is a deeper problem within the phone itself or b) both batteries do not hold a charge.
Réponse à : « Why wont my device come on if I have reseted? »Since this device model is older, it may be that the battery or another part has died. Here are some related iFixit community member-created guides: Samsung TFT Color YP-T7J Device Page
Réponse à : « Digital Audio Player yp-t7 is not loading »Since this is an older device, it may be that the battery is out of commission. Réponse à : « cannot detect signal on my device »It sounds like you have tried the Network Settings Reset (Settings > System > Reset > Network Settings > Reset > Reset settings) and changed the SIM card. Since the issue began after a repair to fix a charging issue, perhaps your friend could check to see if a part within the phone was damaged during the repair process.
