Réponse à : « MacBook Air won't turn on, charger appears to be working »I have just come across this problem as well. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but your Macbook may run so quietly, when turned on, that you don’t notice it’s on. You can try the control+alt+shift+power button for 10 seconds. When you let go the computer will be shut down completely. Press down on the track pad and you will notice it has no give. Press the power button and try pressing down on the trackpad. If you feel it click a little, that means the Macbook is turning on. Chances are the display is dead at this point. Easiest and cheapest thing you should try is connecting it through HDMI to a display or TV. If it comes on, this reinforces the fact that the display is dead. You can just use a display/TV, which will inevitably make it an at home computer instead of a take anywhere you want laptop. That is the cheap option, as you can also purchase a display for it to replace the current screen. This may come out to $400-$500 depending on your model though.
