Réponse à : « Why is my ring chime not connecting to my WiFi? »I was able to get the Ring Chime and cameras working, though it had to go through my ISP, Spectrum. Since we have a newer technology, guest internet, we have to put all of the MAC addresses we use into a table for our account. I did this but it didn’t work. When I called Spectrum, they had to do some things at their Level 2 tech support to get the system to recognize those MAC addresses. Most devices will automatically connect, but the Ring product will take a little more work.
