The key for my success was to use as many devices as I could until I found that my wife’s Lg G5 worked, first time for it. My LG G6 didn’t work. My Samsung phone didn’t work. My iPad didn’t work. But, finally, the LG G5 did work. Go figure. Many, many tries on all devices but the last one. Once, one of the devices did claim that it had the Chime connected to the WiFi but the Chime light kept flashing and it didn’t work. I wouldn’t have got it working except for all of the posts on here. Thanks again.
