Thw machine doesn't power on at all? Dose it get hot ? If it not getting hot. Check the fuse. If you hear the pump trying to work and nothing comes out. You would need to use fog cleaner or water and white vinegar.
Just guessing I would say not. Depends on the model and the watts you would want to find a similar replacement. You could even find a broken fog machine to use as parts
Yeah that would be normal for a 400 watt fog machine. The heating element has to be 200 to 250 degrees. When pumping fog it will cool it down. The heating element needs to reheat up again. Before it will pump more fog.
