Réponse à : « Laptop keeps turning off »When plugged in, does the indicator light on the laptop showing it's plugged in stay on the entire time, or does it go off if you move the connector tip inside the DC jack? If it goes off, then you either need a new power adapter (easy to test with another similar adapter with correct voltage input) or your DC jack/jack cable/DC board needs replacing, whichever your laptop has. If it stays on then it's possible that you have a clogged heatsink causing your laptop processor to overheat. Laptops are supposed to shut themselves off if the processor gets too hot to prevent permanent damage. What brand and model is your laptop?
Réponse à : « Fully charged, won't turn on anymore »Toshiba P55W-B5112 would power off when battery still had a charge and would not power back on though when plugged in the charging light would light up. Replaced the battery thinking that was the issue, but the same thing would happen. The only way I could get it to power back up was to disconnect the battery which is inside under the back cover. (Note: if you decide to do this yourself on this model, you need to be very careful as the power button cable is connected to the power button board attached to the back cover and needs to be disconnected before you can fully remove the back cover. Open the back cover only at a 45 degree angle or less until you get this cable disconnected from the motherboard.) Found that if the battery was left unplugged and only used the power adapter that this wasn't an issue. Concluded that the most likely issue is that the battery port on the motherboard is shorting out. Will be replacing the motherboard and if that fixes the issue, as I'm fairly certain it will, I will edit...
Réponse à : « wont come come completely on »Not sure if you already tried this or not, but power off your phone completely again so that it shuts down fully which will hopefully reset the glitch that the app may have caused. If it won't shut down completely for you, you may have to try to leave it on until the battery drains fully before charging it up and trying again.
