While taking pictures my IPhone 4s went blank and when after holding down the home button and start a symbol telling me to connect to ITunes appeared and is frozen there.
The above diagnoses tells me I need to restore however it also tell me to save what's on
there for restoring will erase it.
I have many videos and photos on there. How can I save them if my phone is useless ??
